The problem
Sugar-free chocolate carries baggage — chalky textures, thin flavour, health-brand aesthetics. Simply Dark needed to look and feel like a genuine premium dark chocolate first, and a wellness product second.
The Canderel Simply Dark chocolate bar was staged as a slow, sensory ritual — rich cocoa, deep browns and a benefit story that keeps sweetness in and added sugar out.

I directed the bar's marketplace story around dark cocoa cues — matte browns, molten close-ups and a 0% added sugar mark treated with the confidence of a chocolatier, not a nutrition label.
